"Shall the School District of Hartford Joint No. 1, City of Hartford, Towns of Addison, Ashippun, Erin, Hartford and Rubicon, Washington and Dodge Counties, Wisconsin be authorized to issue pursuant to Chapter 67 of the Wisconsin Statutes, general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $5,495,000 for the public purpose of paying the cost of constructing additions for instructional space, making other infrastructure and capital maintenance improvements and acquiring related furnishings, fixtures and equipment at Rossman Elementary and Lincoln Elementary Schools?"
