This is Mr. Bui's 2nd year as the Rossman Principal for the Hartford Jt.1 School District and his 16th year in Education. He will lead the building in meeting the District’s Mission of being dedicated to the success of each student through active participation of students, staff, family and community. Together, we will create an academically challenging environment and a desire for life-long learning.
Mr. Bui was employed by the Waterford Jt.1 School District where he served as the Technology Director/Coordinator. As the Technology Director, it had been his role to: Provide educational leadership, including visioning, strategic planning, goal setting, curricular innovation, program evaluation and problem solving. In this role, he has applied interpersonal and communication skills to work and interact effectively within the educational community (students, educators, parents, staff and community). In addition, he was an active member of an administrative team that implemented best practices/programs like: NWEA/Map assessment, Curriculum Mapping, Tregoe, Data Director, Online Registration, Smartboards, Virtual Classrooms and Every Day Math.
Prior to Waterford, Mr. Bui was employed by the Erin School District where he was the Technology Coordinator. In addition to being the coordinator, he was the network administrator, web master, database administrator and WSLS administrator for the District. Mr. Bui was also employed by the Wauwatosa School District and the Randolph School District as a high school business education teacher and LVEC (Local Vocational Education Coordinator) before going to Erin.
